Issue History Viewer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Issue History Viewer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the Issue History Viewer app for Jira Cloud (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility: You must have a valid Jira Cloud account to use Issue History Viewer.
  • Jira Integration: The Service operates entirely within your Jira Cloud environment and is subject to Atlassian’s terms, privacy, and security policies.
  • Permitted Use: You may use Issue History Viewer solely for viewing and reporting on issue history within your Jira projects.

2. Data and Security

  • No Data Storage: Issue History Viewer does not store, process, or transmit your Jira data, credentials, or any sensitive information outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure.
  • Security: All operations are performed within Atlassian’s Forge platform, which enforces strict security and data isolation. For more information, see the Jira Cloud Security Overview and Forge Security for Apps.
  • Data Ownership: All data remains the property of you and/or your organization and is managed by Atlassian.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Issue History Viewer remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
  • User Content: Any content you create or manage using Issue History Viewer remains your property and is stored within Jira Cloud.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Issue History Viewer, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.
  • Atlassian Responsibility: All data handling and security are governed by Atlassian’s policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Atlassian’s services or infrastructure.

5. Termination

  • Termination by You: You may uninstall Issue History Viewer at any time via Jira Cloud.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Issue History Viewer for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Issue History Viewer after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
