  • Jira as Data Controller: All project, issue, and user data accessed by Issue History Viewer remains within Jira Cloud and is subject to Atlassian’s security and privacy practices.

2. How Issue History Viewer Works

  • Jira Forge Platform: Issue History Viewer is built using Atlassian’s Forge platform, which enforces strict security and data isolation. All app code runs within Atlassian’s infrastructure and cannot access data outside of what is explicitly permitted by Jira’s APIs and your granted permissions.
  • Data Access: The app only accesses Jira data necessary to provide issue history viewing and reporting features. No data is exported, transferred, or stored outside of Jira Cloud.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties.

3. Security
